I'm Alynne, a luxury home designer and creative based in Florida. I started my journey in 2005 with my real estate license but my passion began when I was a little girl. My father renovated a few houses as a hobby when I was a little girl and I loved seeing the transformation of the projects.
Unfortunately I had too many questions and was the wrong gender. Tool belts were not for girls, my father said. I should focus on something more appropriate, construction was too dangerous.
I went to school, got a technical skillset (everyone needs a back up right?). Then I quit my job at the City of Orlando and pursued my dream of building houses. In 2007 I got my General Contractor license and shortly after that I began using my AutoCAD skills to design houses. In 2012 I won the parade of homes with a special award for best use of space. The best is still yet to come!

When I'm not building my own projects, I provide creative consulting for luxury spaces, architectural drawings (signed & sealed) for clients and general design consulting. I specialize in difficult projects that require creativity.
I love to travel across the globe. My travels have inspired architectural designs and new ideas for space planning, creative uses of materials and new ways to implement creative ideas.
Never let standard define you, never let gender underestimate you, never give up your dreams no matter how different you are or how different you may look from what is considered “typical”.
